Board
The club has been run by chairman, owner and main shareholder Alex Muzio since 2018, CEO Philippe Bormans and Chris O'Loughlin as Sports Director.
Alex Muzio owns 99.44% of Royale Union Saint-Gilloise SRL shares through Langford Holdings Limited. Muzio is also the only one with voting rights within Langford, where our chairman has 75% of the shares.
The club also has a board of directors and an advisory board, each of which meets three times a year.
